Acceptance

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

What the App does

The App displays publicly available or API-derived information related to Hyperliquid (e.g. markets, your saved wallet read-only state when you choose to add addresses). It does not custody funds on your behalf within the App itself.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of wallet addresses you enter and for securing your devices and credentials.
• You comply with applicable laws in your country or region, including sanctions and restrictions on digital-asset services.
• You use Hyperliquid and third-party services subject to their respective terms and risks.

No warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Prices and positions may be delayed or incorrect.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOHAMMED ABUL AZAD and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

Third parties

Hyperliquid, network providers, and optional configured endpoints are independent of this App. Their failures or policy changes may affect functionality.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised document at the URL you open in the App. Material changes may be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date.

Governing law

Where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country of residence, those prevail. Otherwise, interpret these Terms in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
